When you have all of the Pokémon you want to store in your bank on your PC Box, just move them from your box to the Pokémon Bank by selecting with “A” and dropping them into the bank box.
Then move the Pokémon in your main party to your PC box, save and close the game, then open Pokémon Bank again. To move Pokémon from your party into Pokémon Bank, close the Pokémon Bank application and launch the game. The battle screens are also much more diverse, appearing to be more accurate to the actual location of the battle. In Sun & Moon, we see a trainer battle which shows both trainer models, and even spectator models in the background.

I was expecting an upgrade in ORAS, but it looks like Gamefreak simply can't figure this out. As soon as you get into double battles (4 models,) the game can no longer support 3D. In XY, 3D is only supported in single battles, and there are no trainer models on screen. I'm beginning to think that the regular 3DS won't be able to support 3D at all in sun & moon.
